Focus Flex Office Membership Agreement

Welcome to Focus Flex Office, we’re excited for you to be part of our community!
This Membership Agreement outlines how we work together and keep the space productive, welcoming, and flexible for everyone.

• We offer a variety of workspace options to meet your needs, such as memberships, packages, passes, and rentals. Everyone enjoys high speed WiFi, office amenities, and kitchenette area. Monthly coworking, desk, and office memberships also include 24/7 access. Included meeting room hours vary by membership type and additional time can be purchased as needed.
• Memberships are month-to-month and your first month is prorated based on your start date. We do ask for 30 days’ written notice if you decide to cancel.
• Invoices are sent monthly and your payment is due on the 1st of each month. We accept credit cards and ACH transfers. Late payments may result in suspended access and/or late fees.

Shared Space Expectations – Let’s all do our part to keep Focus Flex Office a great place to co-work. Please remember to:

• Be kind and respectful to others.
• Clean up after yourself.
• Use available private rooms for loud or sensitive calls.
• Don’t use anyone else’s desk or property.
• Everyone is welcome here; discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Guests & Access – You’re welcome to have guests or clients meet with you here, but please stay with them, you’re responsible for their conduct. Only certified service animals are permitted.

Respect & Confidentiality

Please respect each other’s privacy and keep any personal or business information you may see or hear confidential. Try to speak positively about our space and the people in it, we’re all here to do our best work.

Not following community guidelines may result in suspended or terminated access. For legal details, please refer to our separate Terms & Conditions document.
