This Membership Agreement outlines how we work together and keep our space productive,
welcoming, and flexible for everyone.
Community Guidelines
Shared Space Expectations
Let’s all do our part to keep Focus Flex Office a great place to cowork! Please remember to:
• Be kind and respectful to others.
• Clean up after yourself.
• Use available private rooms for loud or sensitive calls.
• Don’t use anyone else’s desk or property.
• Everyone is welcome here, discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Access, Guests, & Pets
To help ensure everyone feels safe and supported and to keep our space secure:
• Your membership includes a personal access code for the space. Do not share your code with
others, even guests.
• Guests and clients are welcome to meet with you at Focus. But remember you are responsible
for their conduct while they are visiting.
• We may use security cameras in common areas. While not constantly monitored, they can
help us review incidents or concerns.
• Certified service animals are allowed and welcome in the space.
We offer a variety of workspace options such as, monthly memberships, packages, passes, and
rentals. Members enjoy 24/7 access, high-speed WiFi, printing, scanning, shredding,
kitchenette, refreshments, free parking, as well as other office amenities. Memberships are
month-to-month and due on the 1st of each month. The first month prorated by start date and
due at time of purchase. Your membership may include meeting room hours, additional hours
and other services can be purchased as needed, charges are due at time of purchase. We
accept credit cards and ACH transfers. Late payments may result in late fees and/or suspended
access. We kindly ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to cancel. Not adhering to the community
guidelines may result in suspended access. For more information please refer to our Terms &
